Causes or reasons for many of our problems

There are many problems in the world which people ask from us we mostly answer them as "Yes" or "No". But, we tend to get into many troubles by not giving answers properly. As an example we answer yes when we really want to say no. In addition, we can list below examples where we do mistakes.  1. Whatever it is they are good people 2. I will be there with you even no one else is there for you 3. It doesn't matter telling anything to them since they are acquaintances 4. They are just like us 5. They would never do that again to us If we keep thinking about those things, it might create feelings of distress and restlessness that may lead to anxiety. Therefore, you have to think about the solution only and you should never think about the problems which cause you trouble. Build your personality in a way that you can face any kind of situation in a positive way.
