do you know about samurai?.samurai are understood to have lived in japan.. the samurai lived proud of their reputation,meaning that if he failed to do his job properly,he would cut his own belly and commit suicide. the story i am going to tell is also about a samurai.one fisherman took out a loan from a samurai,hoping to pay it off within a year.time passed.one year later,the fisherman fled the village because he could not pay his debts.the samurai who came to get the loan knew in advance that the fisherman had fled the village.because of the samurai's skill,the fisherman went to the hiding place,grabbed him,and held the sword to the fisherman's neck.then the fisherman told a wonderful story. "if you raise your hand,lower your anger.if you raise anger,lower your hand". he said.. when the samurai heard this,he put the sword in its sheath and left,saying,"i will give you another year to pay the debt". it was late at night when he came home.as him wife was asleep,the samurai slowly opened the door an d entered the house.it's hard to believe what he saw.another samurai is sleeping next to his wife.the enraged samurai raised his sword,but he remembered the fisherman's story.he immediately put the sword in its sheath and closed the door again an he knocked on the door from the outside.then the door was opened by his mother,disguised as a samurai to protect his wife.because the samurai was patient,he survived a great catastrophe. so are you,"if you raise your hand,lower your anger.if you raise your anger,lower your hand".
